Common questions
Synci polls Nickel Beta for new data every 6 hours by default, and as often as every hour on a plan that allows it. Many banks enforce their own daily cap on automated requests, so accounts at those banks are moved to a slower schedule automatically. When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Zapier within seconds.
Nickel Beta may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
When you first connect Nickel Beta, Synci can import up to 730 days of transaction history into Zapier. From that point on, new transactions and balance changes are synced continuously.
Nickel Beta may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
No. Synci connects to Nickel Beta through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Nickel Beta's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
