FAQ

Questions, answered.

Synci reaches 27 banks and financial institutions in Ireland, including Allied Irish Banks, Bank of Ireland 365 Online, and Permanent TSB. Every one has its own page stating how much history the first sync imports, whether it exposes pending transactions, and how long its connection lasts.

Every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. When Synci finds new transactions or a balance change at your bank, it forwards them to YNAB, Actual Budget, Lunch Money, or whichever destination you use within minutes, and AI assistants connected over MCP read the fresh data on demand.

26 of the 27 institutions in Ireland carry a 180-day consent, so your bank asks you to reconfirm access about twice a year. Synci tells you when a connection is due, and reconfirming takes a minute and leaves your rules and destinations untouched.

17 of the 27 institutions here return up to 730 days of history when you first connect. Every institution page states its own limit, so check yours before importing older transactions by hand.
