What is a bank connection?
A bank connection represents the consent you have given Synci to access your banking data. Each authentication with a bank counts as one connection, until the consent expires or you delete the connection.
How does per-connection pricing work?
Your monthly price is based on a small platform fee plus a per-connection fee for each bank connection you add. You can see the exact cost for your setup using the calculator on the pricing cards above.
How often do you sync my bank data?
By default we sync your bank data every 6 hours. Users on the Pro plan may adjust the sync frequency to be anywhere between every 30 minutes and every 24 hours.
What are rules?
Rules consist of conditions and actions. They can be used to automatically handle or manipulate transactions, and are a powerful tool for improving your workflows and the quality of your data. Conditions are the criteria a transaction must meet in order for the rule actions to be executed. Actions define how the transaction should be transformed or handled.
Why is there a limit to the number of rules per entity?
Every transaction we fetch is processed by our rule engine. At high volumes, the rule engine could potentially become a bottleneck if we allowed unlimited rules per entity. The limit depends on your plan (5 for Basic, 10 for Pro and Enterprise). As we grow, we will continue to evaluate these limits.
What is transaction enrichment?
Transaction enrichment uses AI to enrich your transactions with clean merchant names, websites, logos and more. Enrichment is opt-in. When enabled, only anonymized transaction data is sent to our enrichment provider, and your data is never used to train models or shared with unrelated third parties.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer support through an AI chatbot, live chat and email. We also have a help center with comprehensive documentation, which the AI chatbot is trained on. While we strive to always respond in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee response times. For users on the Pro plan, we offer priority support. With priority support, your tickets are placed in a high priority queue and will be answered as soon as possible.
Will you increase the prices?
We try to keep prices fair, and they are always subject to change. However, we do offer a price guarantee for all active subscribers. If you have subscribed to a plan, your price is locked in until you cancel your subscription. Price changes only apply to new subscriptions.
What is your refund policy?
We have a generous refund policy, and you can find it in the help center, or by clicking here. In summary, you can always request a refund within 14 days of your last payment. If you are experiencing any issues with an officially supported bank, and we are unable to fix the issue in a timely manner, you can also request a refund regardless of when the last payment was made.
