Pay per connection.

A bank connection represents the consent you have given Synci to access your banking data. Each authentication with a bank counts as one connection, until the consent expires or you delete the connection.

Your monthly price is based on a small platform fee plus a per-connection fee for each bank connection you add. You can see the exact cost for your setup using the calculator on the pricing cards above.

By default we sync your bank data every 6 hours. On Pro you can set it as often as every hour, up to a maximum of every 24 hours. Many banks enforce their own daily cap on automated requests, so accounts at those banks are moved to a slower schedule automatically, whatever your plan allows.

Rules consist of conditions and actions. They can be used to automatically handle or manipulate transactions, and are a powerful tool for improving your workflows and the quality of your data. Conditions are the criteria a transaction must meet in order for the rule actions to be executed. Actions define how the transaction should be transformed or handled.

Every transaction we fetch is processed by our rule engine. At high volumes, the rule engine could potentially become a bottleneck if we allowed unlimited rules per entity. The limit depends on your plan: 5 on Basic, and 10 on every plan above it. As we grow, we will continue to evaluate these limits.

Transaction enrichment uses AI to enrich your transactions with clean merchant names, websites, logos and more. Enrichment is opt-in. When enabled, only pseudonymised transaction data is sent to our enrichment provider, and your data is never used to train models or shared with unrelated third parties.

Only the accounts you choose to share, and only to read them. Through Synci's MCP server an assistant can list those accounts, read balance snapshots, read transactions in a date range, read investment and crypto holdings, and check whether a connection is healthy. That is the entire surface: there are no write operations, so it cannot move money, pay anyone or place a trade. Your bank login is never shared, and sensitive identifiers like IBAN, account and card numbers and owner names are omitted.

60 days on Basic, and up to 2 years on Pro where your bank provides it. This is a different thing from data retention above: retention is how long Synci keeps your data, while this is how much of it an assistant is allowed to read when it answers you. It is also capped by what your bank hands over in the first place, which ranges from around 90 days at many PSD2 banks to 24 months at others.

If your connection predates the change that widened Pro's window, we may only be holding the history that was retained under the old limit, and it grows from there as we keep syncing. Re-authorising the bank connection re-imports the history your bank offers, which closes the gap in one step rather than waiting.

We offer support through an AI chatbot, live chat and email. We also have a help center with comprehensive documentation, which the AI chatbot is trained on. While we strive to always respond in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee response times. For users on the Pro plan, we offer priority support. With priority support, your tickets are placed in a high priority queue and will be answered as soon as possible.

We try to keep prices fair, and they are always subject to change. However, we do offer a price guarantee for all active subscribers. If you have subscribed to a plan, your price is locked in until you cancel your subscription. Price changes only apply to new subscriptions.
