Synci polls Air Bank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
Yes — Air Bank exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
When you first connect Air Bank, Synci can import up to 730 days of transaction history into Webhooks. From that point on, new transactions and balance changes are synced continuously.
Air Bank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
No. Synci connects to Air Bank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Air Bank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
Synci currently connects to Air Bank through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Air Bank.
