Frequently asked questions
- How often does VR SüdBank sync to YNAB?
- Synci polls VR SüdBank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to YNAB within seconds.
- Does VR SüdBank support pending transactions?
- VR SüdBank may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are VR SüdBank credit card accounts supported?
- VR SüdBank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my VR SüdBank login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to VR SüdBank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on VR SüdBank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to VR SüdBank?
