Frequently asked questions
- How often does 1822direkt sync to Zapier?
- Synci polls 1822direkt for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Zapier within seconds.
- Does 1822direkt support pending transactions?
- Yes — 1822direkt exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Zapier. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Zapier rather than creating duplicates.
- Are 1822direkt credit card accounts supported?
- 1822direkt may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my 1822direkt login shared with Synci?
