Frequently asked questions
- How often does J&T BANKA sync to YNAB?
- Synci polls J&T BANKA for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to YNAB within seconds.
- Does J&T BANKA support pending transactions?
- J&T BANKA may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are J&T BANKA credit card accounts supported?
- J&T BANKA may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my J&T BANKA login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to J&T BANKA through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on J&T BANKA's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to J&T BANKA?
- Synci currently connects to J&T BANKA through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and J&T BANKA.
