Step 01
Connect securely
Log in through Kontist's own PSD2 flow. Synci never sees or stores your credentials.
Step 02
Pick accounts
Choose which Kontist accounts you want to sync.
Step 03
Link to Google Sheets
Point those accounts at your spreadsheet(s) in Google Sheets.
Step 04
Sync automatically
Transactions and balances flow from Kontist to Google Sheets from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Kontist sync to Google Sheets?
- Synci polls Kontist for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Google Sheets within seconds.
- Does Kontist support pending transactions?
- Kontist may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Kontist credit card accounts supported?
- Kontist may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Kontist login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Kontist through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Kontist's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Kontist?
- Synci currently connects to Kontist through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Kontist.
