Log in through Pleo's own PSD2 flow. Synci never sees or stores your credentials.

Pick accounts
Choose which Pleo accounts you want to sync.

Link to Webhooks
Create Webhooks that send events from all or selected bank accounts.
Step 04
Sync automatically
Transactions and balances flow from Pleo to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Pleo sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Pleo for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Pleo support pending transactions?
- Yes — Pleo exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Pleo credit card accounts supported?
- Pleo may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Pleo login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Pleo through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Pleo's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Pleo?
- Synci currently connects to Pleo through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Pleo.
