FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How often does Sydbank sync to Lunch Money?
Synci polls Sydbank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Lunch Money within seconds.
Does Sydbank support pending transactions?
Sydbank may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
Are Sydbank credit card accounts supported?
Sydbank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
Is my Sydbank login shared with Synci?
No. Synci connects to Sydbank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Sydbank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
Which provider does Synci use to connect to Sydbank?
Synci currently connects to Sydbank through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Sydbank.
