Frequently asked questions
- How often does UmweltBank sync to Lunch Money?
- Synci polls UmweltBank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Lunch Money within seconds.
- Does UmweltBank support pending transactions?
- UmweltBank may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are UmweltBank credit card accounts supported?
- UmweltBank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my UmweltBank login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to UmweltBank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on UmweltBank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to UmweltBank?
- Synci currently connects to UmweltBank through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and UmweltBank.
