Transactions and balances flow from Vivid Money to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Vivid Money sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Vivid Money for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Vivid Money support pending transactions?
- Vivid Money may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Vivid Money credit card accounts supported?
- Vivid Money may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Vivid Money login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Vivid Money through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Vivid Money's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Vivid Money?
- Synci currently connects to Vivid Money through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Vivid Money.
