Transactions and balances flow from VR-MainBank to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does VR-MainBank sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls VR-MainBank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does VR-MainBank support pending transactions?
- VR-MainBank may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are VR-MainBank credit card accounts supported?
- VR-MainBank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my VR-MainBank login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to VR-MainBank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on VR-MainBank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to VR-MainBank?
- Synci currently connects to VR-MainBank through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and VR-MainBank.
