Frequently asked questions
- How often does Kreditbanken sync to YNAB?
- Synci polls Kreditbanken for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to YNAB within seconds.
- Does Kreditbanken support pending transactions?
- Yes — Kreditbanken exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to YNAB. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in YNAB rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Kreditbanken credit card accounts supported?
- Kreditbanken may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Kreditbanken login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Kreditbanken through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Kreditbanken's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Kreditbanken?
- Synci currently connects to Kreditbanken through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Kreditbanken.
