Step 01
Connect securely
Log in through Cetelem's own PSD2 flow. Synci never sees or stores your credentials.
Step 02
Pick accounts
Choose which Cetelem accounts you want to sync.
Step 03
Link to Google Sheets
Point those accounts at your spreadsheet(s) in Google Sheets.
Step 04
Sync automatically
Transactions and balances flow from Cetelem to Google Sheets from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Cetelem sync to Google Sheets?
- Synci polls Cetelem for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Google Sheets within seconds.
- Does Cetelem support pending transactions?
- Yes — Cetelem exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Google Sheets. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Google Sheets rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Cetelem credit card accounts supported?
- Yes — Cetelem credit card accounts can be connected and synced to Google Sheets alongside your regular accounts.
- Is my Cetelem login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Cetelem through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Cetelem's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Cetelem?
- Synci currently connects to Cetelem through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Cetelem.
