Frequently asked questions
- How often does OP Financial Group sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls OP Financial Group for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does OP Financial Group support pending transactions?
- OP Financial Group may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are OP Financial Group credit card accounts supported?
- OP Financial Group may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my OP Financial Group login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to OP Financial Group through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on OP Financial Group's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to OP Financial Group?
- Synci currently connects to OP Financial Group through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and OP Financial Group.
