Frequently asked questions

How often does S-Pankki sync to Lunch Money?
Synci polls S-Pankki for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Lunch Money within seconds.
Does S-Pankki support pending transactions?
S-Pankki may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
Are S-Pankki credit card accounts supported?
Yes — S-Pankki credit card accounts can be connected and synced to Lunch Money alongside your regular accounts.
Is my S-Pankki login shared with Synci?
No. Synci connects to S-Pankki through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on S-Pankki's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
Which provider does Synci use to connect to S-Pankki?
Synci currently connects to S-Pankki through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and S-Pankki.
