Frequently asked questions
- How often does Arkéa Banking Services sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Arkéa Banking Services for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Arkéa Banking Services support pending transactions?
- Yes — Arkéa Banking Services exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Arkéa Banking Services credit card accounts supported?
- Arkéa Banking Services may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Arkéa Banking Services login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Arkéa Banking Services through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Arkéa Banking Services's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
