Frequently asked questions
- How often does Axa Banque sync to YNAB?
- Synci polls Axa Banque for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to YNAB within seconds.
- Does Axa Banque support pending transactions?
- Yes — Axa Banque exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to YNAB. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in YNAB rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Axa Banque credit card accounts supported?
- Axa Banque may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Axa Banque login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Axa Banque through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Axa Banque's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Axa Banque?
