Frequently asked questions
- How often does Milleis Banque sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Milleis Banque for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Milleis Banque support pending transactions?
- Yes — Milleis Banque exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Milleis Banque credit card accounts supported?
- Milleis Banque may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Milleis Banque login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Milleis Banque through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Milleis Banque's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
