Transactions and balances flow from Neuflize OBC to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Neuflize OBC sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Neuflize OBC for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Neuflize OBC support pending transactions?
- Yes — Neuflize OBC exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Neuflize OBC credit card accounts supported?
- Neuflize OBC may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Neuflize OBC login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Neuflize OBC through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Neuflize OBC's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Neuflize OBC?
- Synci currently connects to Neuflize OBC through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Neuflize OBC.
