Log in through Shine's own PSD2 flow. Synci never sees or stores your credentials.

Pick accounts
Choose which Shine accounts you want to sync.

Link to Webhooks
Create Webhooks that send events from all or selected bank accounts.
Step 04
Sync automatically
Transactions and balances flow from Shine to Webhooks from that point on.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- How often does Shine sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Shine for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Shine support pending transactions?
- Yes — Shine exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Shine credit card accounts supported?
- Shine may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Shine login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Shine through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Shine's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Shine?
- Synci currently connects to Shine through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Shine.
