Transactions and balances flow from Alpha FX to YNAB from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Alpha FX sync to YNAB?
- Synci polls Alpha FX for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to YNAB within seconds.
- Does Alpha FX support pending transactions?
- Alpha FX may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Alpha FX credit card accounts supported?
- Alpha FX may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Alpha FX login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Alpha FX through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Alpha FX's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Alpha FX?
- Synci currently connects to Alpha FX through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Alpha FX.
