Frequently asked questions
- How often does Barclays Personal sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Barclays Personal for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Barclays Personal support pending transactions?
- Yes — Barclays Personal exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Barclays Personal credit card accounts supported?
- Barclays Personal may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Barclays Personal login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Barclays Personal through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Barclays Personal's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
