Frequently asked questions
- How often does Barclays Wealth sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Barclays Wealth for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Barclays Wealth support pending transactions?
- Yes — Barclays Wealth exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Barclays Wealth credit card accounts supported?
- Barclays Wealth may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Barclays Wealth login shared with Synci?
