FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- How often does Credit Suisse sync to YNAB?
- Synci polls Credit Suisse for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to YNAB within seconds.
- Does Credit Suisse support pending transactions?
- Credit Suisse may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Credit Suisse credit card accounts supported?
- Credit Suisse may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Credit Suisse login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Credit Suisse through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Credit Suisse's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Credit Suisse?
- Synci currently connects to Credit Suisse through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Credit Suisse.
