Frequently asked questions
- How often does Attica Bank sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Attica Bank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Attica Bank support pending transactions?
- Yes — Attica Bank exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Attica Bank credit card accounts supported?
- Attica Bank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Attica Bank login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Attica Bank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Attica Bank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Attica Bank?
