Transactions and balances flow from MagNet Bank to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does MagNet Bank sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls MagNet Bank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does MagNet Bank support pending transactions?
- Yes — MagNet Bank exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are MagNet Bank credit card accounts supported?
- MagNet Bank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my MagNet Bank login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to MagNet Bank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on MagNet Bank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to MagNet Bank?
- Synci currently connects to MagNet Bank through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and MagNet Bank.
