Frequently asked questions
- How often does Banca Fideuram sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Banca Fideuram for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Banca Fideuram support pending transactions?
- Yes — Banca Fideuram exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Banca Fideuram credit card accounts supported?
- Banca Fideuram may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Banca Fideuram login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Banca Fideuram through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Banca Fideuram's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Banca Fideuram?
