Frequently asked questions
- How often does Banca Ifis sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Banca Ifis for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Banca Ifis support pending transactions?
- Yes — Banca Ifis exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Banca Ifis credit card accounts supported?
- Banca Ifis may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Banca Ifis login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Banca Ifis through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Banca Ifis's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Banca Ifis?
