Frequently asked questions
- How often does Banca Promos sync to Lunch Money?
- Synci polls Banca Promos for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Lunch Money within seconds.
- Does Banca Promos support pending transactions?
- Banca Promos may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Banca Promos credit card accounts supported?
- Banca Promos may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Banca Promos login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Banca Promos through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Banca Promos's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Banca Promos?
- Synci currently connects to Banca Promos through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Banca Promos.
