Synci polls Banca Tema for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Lunch Money within seconds.
Banca Tema may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
When you first connect Banca Tema, Synci can import up to 90 days of transaction history into Lunch Money. From that point on, new transactions and balance changes are synced continuously.
Banca Tema may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
No. Synci connects to Banca Tema through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Banca Tema's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
