Frequently asked questions
- How often does Banca del Sud sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Banca del Sud for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Banca del Sud support pending transactions?
- Yes — Banca del Sud exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Banca del Sud credit card accounts supported?
- Banca del Sud may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Banca del Sud login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Banca del Sud through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Banca del Sud's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
