Frequently asked questions
- How often does Mediobanca Premier sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Mediobanca Premier for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Mediobanca Premier support pending transactions?
- Yes — Mediobanca Premier exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Mediobanca Premier credit card accounts supported?
- Mediobanca Premier may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Mediobanca Premier login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Mediobanca Premier through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Mediobanca Premier's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Mediobanca Premier?
