Frequently asked questions
- How often does CREDEM Retail sync to Lunch Money?
- Synci polls CREDEM Retail for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Lunch Money within seconds.
- Does CREDEM Retail support pending transactions?
- CREDEM Retail may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are CREDEM Retail credit card accounts supported?
- CREDEM Retail may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my CREDEM Retail login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to CREDEM Retail through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on CREDEM Retail's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to CREDEM Retail?
- Synci currently connects to CREDEM Retail through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and CREDEM Retail.
