Frequently asked questions
- How often does LIS Pay Corporate sync to Actual Budget?
- Synci polls LIS Pay Corporate for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Actual Budget within seconds.
- Does LIS Pay Corporate support pending transactions?
- LIS Pay Corporate may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are LIS Pay Corporate credit card accounts supported?
- LIS Pay Corporate may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my LIS Pay Corporate login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to LIS Pay Corporate through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on LIS Pay Corporate's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to LIS Pay Corporate?
