Transactions and balances flow from Luminor to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does Luminor sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Luminor for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Luminor support pending transactions?
- Luminor may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Luminor credit card accounts supported?
- Yes — Luminor credit card accounts can be connected and synced to Webhooks alongside your regular accounts.
- Is my Luminor login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Luminor through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Luminor's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Luminor?
- Synci currently connects to Luminor through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Luminor.
