Frequently asked questions
- How often does KLP Banken sync to YNAB?
- Synci polls KLP Banken for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to YNAB within seconds.
- Does KLP Banken support pending transactions?
- Yes — KLP Banken exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to YNAB. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in YNAB rather than creating duplicates.
- Are KLP Banken credit card accounts supported?
- KLP Banken may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my KLP Banken login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to KLP Banken through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on KLP Banken's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
