Frequently asked questions
- How often does Nordea Business sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Nordea Business for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does Nordea Business support pending transactions?
- Yes — Nordea Business exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Nordea Business credit card accounts supported?
- Nordea Business may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Nordea Business login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Nordea Business through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Nordea Business's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Nordea Business?
- Synci currently connects to Nordea Business through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Nordea Business.
