FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How often does Bank Norwegian sync to Webhooks?
Synci polls Bank Norwegian for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
Does Bank Norwegian support pending transactions?
Yes — Bank Norwegian exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
Are Bank Norwegian credit card accounts supported?
Bank Norwegian may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
Is my Bank Norwegian login shared with Synci?
No. Synci connects to Bank Norwegian through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Bank Norwegian's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
Which provider does Synci use to connect to Bank Norwegian?
Synci currently connects to Bank Norwegian through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Bank Norwegian.
