Frequently asked questions
- How often does CEC Bank sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls CEC Bank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does CEC Bank support pending transactions?
- Yes — CEC Bank exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are CEC Bank credit card accounts supported?
- Yes — CEC Bank credit card accounts can be connected and synced to Webhooks alongside your regular accounts.
- Is my CEC Bank login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to CEC Bank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on CEC Bank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
