Log in through OB Sandbox's own PSD2 flow. Synci never sees or stores your credentials.

Pick accounts
Choose which OB Sandbox accounts you want to sync.
Step 03
Link to Webhooks
Create Webhooks that send events from all or selected bank accounts.
Step 04
Sync automatically
Transactions and balances flow from OB Sandbox to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does OB Sandbox sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls OB Sandbox for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does OB Sandbox support pending transactions?
- OB Sandbox may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are OB Sandbox credit card accounts supported?
- OB Sandbox may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my OB Sandbox login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to OB Sandbox through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on OB Sandbox's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to OB Sandbox?
- Synci currently connects to OB Sandbox through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and OB Sandbox.
