FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- How often does Commsec sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls Commsec for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. When new balances, holdings, or trades are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- What gets synced from Commsec to Webhooks?
- Account balances, holdings, and historical trades — including dividends and corporate actions where available. You control which Commsec accounts sync, and rules can transform data before it reaches Webhooks.
- Is my Commsec login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Commsec through a secure data provider, which means authentication happens on Commsec's own login flow. Your login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Commsec?
- Synci currently connects to Commsec through SnapTrade, a secure data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the brokerage — your login credentials stay between you and Commsec.
