- How often does Norisbank sync to AI assistants?
- Synci polls Norisbank for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.
- Does Norisbank support pending transactions?
- Yes — Norisbank exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to AI assistants. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in AI assistants rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Norisbank credit card accounts supported?
- Norisbank may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Norisbank login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Norisbank through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Norisbank's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
