- How often does Caixa Popular sync to AI assistants?
- Synci polls Caixa Popular for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.
- Does Caixa Popular support pending transactions?
- Caixa Popular may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Caixa Popular credit card accounts supported?
- Caixa Popular may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Caixa Popular login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Caixa Popular through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Caixa Popular's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
