Frequently asked questions
- How often does Cajasiete sync to AI assistants?
- Synci polls Cajasiete for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.
- Does Cajasiete support pending transactions?
- Cajasiete may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Cajasiete credit card accounts supported?
- Cajasiete may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Cajasiete login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Cajasiete through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Cajasiete's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Cajasiete?
- Synci currently connects to Cajasiete through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and Cajasiete.
