Frequently asked questions
- How often does Credit Municipal sync to AI assistants?
- Synci polls Credit Municipal for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.
- Does Credit Municipal support pending transactions?
- Yes — Credit Municipal exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to AI assistants. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in AI assistants rather than creating duplicates.
- Are Credit Municipal credit card accounts supported?
- Credit Municipal may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Credit Municipal login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Credit Municipal through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Credit Municipal's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to Credit Municipal?
