Frequently asked questions

How often does ING sync to AI assistants?
Synci polls ING for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.
Does ING support pending transactions?
Yes — ING exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to AI assistants. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in AI assistants rather than creating duplicates.
Are ING credit card accounts supported?
ING may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
Is my ING login shared with Synci?
No. Synci connects to ING through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on ING's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
Which provider does Synci use to connect to ING?
Synci currently connects to ING through GoCardless, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and ING.
