Frequently asked questions
- How often does Novo Banco sync to AI assistants?
- Synci polls Novo Banco for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.
- Does Novo Banco support pending transactions?
- Novo Banco may not expose pending transactions through PSD2. Booked transactions are always supported, and are typically available within a day of being processed by the bank.
- Are Novo Banco credit card accounts supported?
- Novo Banco may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my Novo Banco login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Novo Banco through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on Novo Banco's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
